Scenography. Atelier Brückner 2002-2010 59,90EUR

The elaborate book presents international projects of Atelier Brückner 2002-2010 and the underlying design processes. From abstract drafts like the conceptual kit for the Mercedes-Benz travelling exhibition through to concepts for permanent exhibitions like the Archaeological Museum in Herne. From corporate architecture in the redesign of the BMW Museum in Munich or the Deutsche Börse in Frankfurt to artistic multimedia installations like the Pavilion “experiencing limits” at the Swiss national exhibition Expo 02 in Biel through to media architecture like the African Pavilion at the Expo 08 in Zaragoza and and the State Grid Pavilion at the Expo 2010 in Shanghai. Atelier Brückner in Stuttgart was founded in 1997 by the architect and stage designer Uwe R. Brückner and the architect Shirin Frangoul-Brückner. Today it is run by them and the architect Eberhard Schlag. With more than 70 employees, it is now one of the world's leading ateliers for exhibition design and scenography. Guided by the principle “form follows content”, they generate spatial concepts consistently from content – and they have received many prizes in the process. 2010, 280 Seiten/pages, Sprache/language: deutsch/english, 59,90 Euro
